Statement of Purpose
The mission of the NCGR-Professional Astrologers' Alliance is to serve as a trade association to promote the common interests of astrologers and to improve the status of the profession of astrology primarily through the implementation of a certification program, the promotion of high ethical standards in the practice of astrology, as well as any other matters relevant to the professional astrologer.

Chart Preparation....Plus How to Handle a Curveball. How to organize information to get a clear perspective on approaching an initial reading. Then how to handle the unexpected when the client throws you a curve ball. An example from my files is used to illustrate how to deal with life altering events. Actors and Their Roles: A lecture discussing career defining roles for Lucille Ball, Marlon Brando and Meryl Streep. The birth chart is the potential and by transit and progression we will see how this potential is ignited, paving the way for each of these legends to take advantage of the window of opportunity to achieve major, life altering success. | Joseph Addeo is a professional astrologer practicing in New York City. After extensive study he achieved Level IV Certification with the National Council for Geocosmic Research - Professional Astrolgoers' Alliance (NCGR-PAA). Joseph is an integral part of the community having been elected to the Board of Directors of the New York Chapter of NCGR in 2001 where he currently serves. On Metro TV he was interviewed by Bob Berkowitz for the talk show Naked New York discussing the Astrology of Sex. He is a regular guest speaker at the NCGR winter and spring conferences, has lectured throughout the Northeast at noteworthy Astrological organizations including The Astrological Society of Princeton and has written articles and columns for Astrotogo.com and is an ongoing contributor for the astrological magazine “The Ingress”. Aside from his private practice Joseph gives astrology readings at restaurants, health spas, parties and corporate events. He is also a professional operatic tenor and has graced many stages throughout the world with his voice.
Joseph specializes in psychological and predictive astrology. Exploring the natal potential of a chart and helping people understand their life path through current transits and progressions brings great satisfaction and insight to both astrologer and client. |
